By accessing and using the ZenChat WhatsApp Automation Platform by ZentrixSys ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2 Description of Service

ZenChat by ZentrixSys provides an AI-powered WhatsApp Business automation platform. The Service includes:

• Automated guest communication via WhatsApp Business API
• AI chatbot for guest queries and booking assistance
• Booking management and confirmation systems
• Scheduled messaging (pre-arrival, review requests)
• Analytics dashboard and reporting

3 User Accounts

To access the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4 Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Send spam or unsolicited messages
• Violate WhatsApp Business Platform policies
• Transmit illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
• Interfere with the Service's security features

5 Payment & Billing

Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. Payment terms are displayed at the time of purchase. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice.

6 Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. ZentrixSys shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.

7 Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may delete your account at any time through the profile settings.
